I’ve been away for almost a year and a half, but I’m working my way back to you. Stay tuned for updates and new offerings, but in the meantime you can check out my video library of classes recorded back in 2020 and 2021.

If you want a yoga experience that melds spiritual to physical, try one of Liz Raven’s amazing classes. I first encountered Liz at the unique Anasa Yoga studio in the Laurel district. During my first class with her, she explored the neurology of pain and ways we can manage it by attending to the messages our bodies give us. Her intuitive sense of the mind-body connection has helped me to heal an old neck and shoulder injury and I’ve learned to embrace bodily sensations as well as redefining my perceptions. Now, no matter with whom I’m practicing yoga, I hear Liz’s voice suggesting subtle shifts in postures and hear her gentle encouragement. I love the guided meditations at both the beginning and end of class. I leave relaxed and open to the world!
